2008 Advance Reservation Rates

POLICIES:

• Rates quoted are for 2 people.
  Extra guests are $15 per night, $25 on Holidays.
  Children under 12 stay FREE!
  
  
• Weekend surcharges:
  May, June, Sept., Oct. add $10 per night.
  July and August add $20 per night.
  
  
• Minimum stay required:
  May, June, Sept., Oct.: 2 nights.
  July, August and Holidays: 3 nights.
  
  
• Deposit required to confirm reservation:
  1 nights rental on a 2-4 night stay.
  2 nights rental on 5 or more nights.
  
  
• Cancellation policy:
  10 days notice is required to cancel or change a reservation.
  

• 25% service charge on deposits eligible for a refund.
  
  
• No refunds for early departure or late arrivals.
  
  
• Balance due upon arrival.
  
  
• No personal checks at check-in. We accept Mastercard and Visa only.
  
  
• Check-in time: after 3 pm.
  Check-out time: before 11 am.
  
  
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
  
  
• Specific room locations cannot be guaranteed.
  
  
• Parking for one car per unit.
