Planning Your Visit to the Concord
How many people can I bring?
- Suites accommodate families up to 6 people.
(Rates are quoted for 2 - see below) - More than 2 guests are welcome - $15 pp/night additional ($25 on holidays)
- Children under 12 stay free!
Making your reservations
- Weekend stay – In May or June – add $10/night
In July or August – add $20/night - Holidays – add $20/night
When you arrive
- Check in at 3pm; check out by 11am
- Balance due on arrival by Mastercard or Visa (no personal checks please)
- Parking is free, one car per unit
- Free DVD rental and beach tags (with security deposit)
- Room location - we try to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee locations
What if you have to cancel or leave early?
- Changes or cancellations may be made with a 10 day notice
- Eligible refunds are subject to a 25% service charge
- Sorry - no refunds for late arrivals or early departures
Are there special deals available?
- The Concord often offers special rates and deals, so check the website or brochure for details.
- Special offers are extended to our facebook friends, so “like” us on facebook for these exclusive
deals. - Specials have limited availability and sell out quickly, so make your reservations early
