Planning Your Visit to the Concord

How many people can you bring?

• Suites accommodate families up to 6 people.
  (Rates are quoted for 2 - see below)
• More than 2 guests are welcome - $15 pp/night additional ($25 on holidays)
• Children under 12 stay free!

Making your reservations

• Minimum stay – 2 nights
  July, August and Holidays – 3nights
• Weekend stay – In May or June – add $10/night
  In July or August – add $20/night
• Holidays – add $20/night
• Deposit required to confirm reservation – stays of 4 nights or less = 1 night's rental rate. Holidays, specials and stays of 5 nights or more = 2 night's rental rate.
  

When you arrive

• Check in at 3pm; check out by 11am
• Balance due on arrival by Mastercard or Visa (no personal checks please)
• Parking is free, one car per unit
• Room location - we try to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee locations

What if you have to cancel or leave early?

• Changes or cancellations may be made with a 10 day notice
• Eligible refunds are subject to a 25% service charge
• Sorry - no refunds for late arrivals or early departures

Are there special deals available?

• The Concord often offers special rates and deals, so check the website or brochure for details.
• Special offers are extended to our Facebook friends, so “like” us on Facebook for these exclusive deals.
• Specials have limited availability and sell out quickly, so make your reservations early
